2. On-Site Templates, Generated Schedules & Intellectual Property

All original articles, visual Web Stories, custom calculator code, and interactive on-site reporting templates are the intellectual property of Sustainability Awakening. Users and ESG consultants may freely copy, print, and adapt the schedules, SRRO cards, and report shell clauses generated by our on-site tools for their own internal corporate sustainability disclosures or client filings, but may not republish or clone our interactive web calculators or template software on competing websites.

3. Data Sources & Scientific Citations

Our calculators and research guides incorporate publicly available scientific and regulatory datasets, including IPCC Assessment Reports, World Bank CMIP6 Climate Change Knowledge Portal data, IIASA SSP scenarios, IEA emission factors, US EPA eGRID/GHG factors, and EU CBAM/CSRD annexes.
